How do I book?

Are all packages the same?
Nope! Your package inclusions are specific to your needs. Service inclusions can be negotiated and an indicative (but not exhaustive) list is provided on the ‘Services’ tab.
Either. This really depends on what you need and want. You might have key dates that you want covered or you might want care delivered at all shows. Whether this can be facilitated depends on availability so get in touch early to book.
The earlier the better. Bookings are generally provided on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and some times of year can be busier than others.
We can travel to you for most locations in the UK. Please let us know whether you want the services delivered at the venue or your accommodation.
Can these services be delivered outside of the UK?
If you are a British artist/band and looking to travel internationally for shows, we can facilitate care while abroad. Please get in contact to discuss your dates and the duration you would like cover for.
If you are not a British band, it is currently unlikely that we will be able to cover your tour but are happy to work with you to find appropriate local services for a fee. Of course, we will be delighted to work with you when you next visit the UK.
Absolutely!
If you’re organising a festival and want to offer backstage services to the artists on your bill or your crew, we can arrange care. This is a great way to show artists that you are actively considering their welfare.
If you’re an artist at a festival, you can add us to your crew for delivery backstage. Alternatively, care at your accommodation prior to/after the set can be arranged.
As packages are bespoke, the exact price will be quoted once services have been discussed. An indicative list can be sent to you on. Please note that final fees are dictated by selected services, locations, tour size etc.
We appreciate that artists have variable budgets and are confident that we can organise a package to suit.
Additional fees that may be included in final package costs are: a standard materials fee for consumable items; travel costs including parking fees; half day and full day bookings may incur costs for refreshments/meals (unless otherwise provided); an accommodation fee may be charged dependent upon location (unless otherwise provided).
Of course. If you book more two or more dates, you will automatically receive a 10% discount on services. If another artist quotes your referral when booking, you will receive a bonus when you return to the UK. Introductory and repeat booking discounts may be negotiated.
